A Halloween Romance?

This is my entry for the Valenwind-Luvers group's October contest, Halloween theme invovling at the costume party.

Thankfully, I had more time, for this took me three weeks for this illustration to be conceived (that includes the planning and what to do with Vincent's dress! )

It took a long while to come up with a good idea of what to do with this entry, so my brain was pouring down random thoughts and suggestions until the forecast says a shiny bright idea:
Cid and Vincent went to the costume party together at 7th Heaven (the location of the party) and when they walked in, romantic music begins to play and out of the blue, Cid went with the flow and danced with Vincent, who went along with it, but blushing by the unexpectually of their entrance. Therefore, this is a Halloween romance.

Not very Halloweenish I must admit, but it should scare the children (main reason I included Drezel and Marlene here) enough to see the two men dancing in a bar while one of them is wearing a dress. HAPPY HALLOWEEN KIDS!

That story inspired me to draw them as a dancing couple. And I already told her beforehand I planned to draw them as is. So, thank you tri-breed demon!

Vampire Cloud: (unamused) I'm so glad I'm not wearing a dress this year.

Playboy Bunny Tifa: (sighed) I wish I were dancing with Cid.

Witch Yuffie: (pouted sliently) What does Vinnie have that I don't?

Link Drezel and Princess Peach Marlene: (extremely spooked out by the two men dancing, espeically by Vincent wearing a flowing dress) O_O 0_0

Jester Cait Sith: (in bliss) Aren't they just the cutiest couple you ever saw, Barret?

Mobster Barret: (dumbstruck) Yep, this is the most interesting Halloween party I've ever been too.
